Summit Hotels operates luxury hospitality properties in Darjeeling, West Bengal, India. Our properties include Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa, Summit Grace Boutique Hotel and Spa, and Summit Oakden Resort & Spa. References to 'Summit Hotels', 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these terms refer to the Summit Hotels group and its management.

4. Reservations & Pricing
All room rates displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. The confirmed rate is the rate applicable at the time of booking confirmation. Summit Hotels reserves the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel without charge. Reservations are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests, staff, and the property. Summit Hotels reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or in violation of hotel rules. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing at the time of booking.
6. Liability
Summit Hotels shall not be liable for: any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings unless caused by our proven negligence; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services; inaccuracies in third-party information displayed on our website; or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
